Vortex Razor, value for money!

I was weighing up the benefits of the Razor against some other fairly high end optical pieces for a few months. I already have a variety of Vortex riflescopes, Viper PST 5x25 x56, Strike eagle, red dots, and find them to be an exceptionally good product for the price. The Razor has excellent edge to edge clarity, exact focus is easily obtained and held, and chromatic aberration is virtually unnoticeable. It compares very well to comparative optical pieces of twice the price. Spotting bullet holes on paper is easy up to the500m max distance I have so far used it for, and I also use it for basic astronomy, it does a great job of the moon and more easily seen astronomical features. It's light, well balanced and sets up on the tripod easily. One word of warning, get a very good tripod, because of its high magnification a cheap tripod won't cut it, get something that has good stability.
