Product Overview

Built for fishos who actually use their gear, the Bladerunner 15cm Orange Fine Fillet Flex knife is all about clean, accurate cuts. The flexible 15cm stainless blade tracks along the bone so you pull more meat off every fillet, while the fine profile makes skinning and trimming a breeze. It’s sharp out of the box and made to hold an edge, so you spend more time filleting and less time mucking around with the stone. The bright orange soft‑grip handle locks into your hand, even when things are wet and slippery, and the included hard plastic sheath with belt loop keeps the blade covered and close by on the boat or in the galley. Whether you’re breaking down a feed of whiting or sorting a full esky of reef fish, this compact fillet knife is a reliable, no‑nonsense tool that just gets the job done.
