Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Thanks for shopping at Scoped Out. We’re committed to making sure you're satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our returns and warranty processes work.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair or replacement if an item fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. If it is a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind

You may return an item within 30 days of purchase for a store credit, provided it is unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense for change of mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess your claim and may arrange a repair or replacement in the first instance. Refunds are provided when required under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Support

Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to help you with any warranty claims by coordinating with the relevant supplier. In most cases, repairs or replacements will be offered first. Refunds are available if the product can’t be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, or if the issue is considered a major failure.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:

  • Opened earmuffs or in-ear products
  • Custom-made or special order items

These exclusions do not apply if the item is faulty or not as described.
